Culture Index was founded by Gary Walstrom in 2004. Him and his wife developed the most accurate and effective assessment program that has now been implemented and has helped over 3,500 business leaders across virtually every industry. Culture Index is a survey based program and helps to inform businesses about who they are hiring, and what position would best fit these employees.

Claudeen Saxon joined Culture Index in 2015. She graduated from Illinois State University with her Bachelors of science in mass communication. When heading into a career, she worked for a family business and was in charge of the sales department there. Once that business was sold, she immediately joined the Culture Index team. Claudeen has flourished and has gained over 50 clients. She has impacted so many people along her career in sales, transformed businesses, aided goals to be crushed and continues to do her best to aid her clients in reaching their goals.
